CONSCIOUSNESS · CHAPTER 2 OF 5

Energy, Frequency & Symbolism

Explore the symbols I use for connection: energy, vibration, sacred geometry and the cosmos. Let curiosity lead, with room to distinguish spiritual meaning from scientific explanation. — LYRA

Energy → Vibration → Frequency From the LYRA perspective, these are the building blocks of consciousness experiencing consciousness.

This is a spiritual way of speaking about the inner states through which we meet reality. Attention, emotion, intention and action can change what we notice, how we relate and what we create together. Science uses energy, frequency and vibration in precise, measurable ways; LYRA uses them here as a language for lived experience, not as a claim that thought alone changes the laws of physics.

Awareness meeting energyIn Shiva and Shakti symbolism, still awareness and creative energy meet. I see an invitation to bring presence into action, and balance into the way we live and relate. — LYRA
LYRA’s Toroidal Field poster: a braided figure surrounded by gold and sapphire currents, with six illustrated side themes — Infinite Flow, Heart Centred, Connectedness, Amplifies Intention, Coherence = Power, and You Are Energy. Six illustrated footer practices are Align, Emit, Practice, Nourish, Ground and Unite. The final message reads: A shift in frequencies. Full explanations follow below.
The Toroidal Field · six symbols of connection For me, the torus is a spiritual image of a continuous returning flow: through us, around us and into our relationship with life. These six themes invite reflection on the meeting of our inner and outer worlds.
Infinite Flow
The endless loop symbolises giving and receiving, with no fixed beginning or end. I see a meeting of inner and outer experience — the material world and the life of the spirit.
Heart Centred
The glowing heart brings me back to love, gratitude and compassion. It is a reminder to let care guide how I respond, relate and meet the world.
Connectedness
The cosmic web symbolises our relationships with people, nature, Earth, the stars and the wider universe. What we give and receive matters in the way we live together.
Amplifies Intention
Thoughts, feelings, beliefs and visualisation draw our attention in different directions. For me, clear intention becomes meaningful through the choices, habits and grounded actions that follow.
Coherence = Power
The sacred geometry represents harmony between heart, mind and action. I see an invitation to make room for insight, creativity and inner alignment, then embody those qualities in everyday life.
You Are Energy
In LYRA’s spiritual language, this is a reminder of belonging: light, consciousness and possibility — a fractal of the Source within the greater whole.
Bring the reflection into daily life
Align
Notice natural rhythms: sunlight, the Moon, the seasons and your connection with Earth.
Emit
Express love, gratitude and compassion. Bring your intentions and actions into harmony.
Practice
Make space for stillness, gentle breathwork and meditation.
Nourish
Care for yourself with nourishing food, clean water and simple daily habits.
Ground
Move your body, feel your feet on the ground and spend time in nature.
Unite
Care for all life. Remember connection, and let that awareness shape how you live.
A shift in frequencies · the LYRA perspective For me, a shift in frequency begins with the quality of presence I bring to this moment. A gentler breath, a little stillness, gratitude and a conscious choice can change how I meet life. I use “frequency” as spiritual language for that inner shift. There is no need to force it: return to your centre, then let your next action carry more love, clarity and care into the world. — LYRA

The LYRA perspectiveThe flowing loops invite me to reflect on rhythm, repetition and the patterns I choose to nurture. I use these numbers as a focus for contemplation, while bringing intention into practical choices, steady habits and care for others.— LYRA
Read the main symbols in the artwork

3 · 6 · 9

The poster places these numbers at the corners of a luminous triangle and uses them as a spiritual triad.

1 · 2 · 4 · 8 · 7 · 5

This repeating sequence comes from doubling whole numbers and reducing each result to one digit by adding its digits: 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 → 7, 32 → 5, 64 → 1.

Infinity & flowing loops

The central figure-eight and surrounding curves offer a visual language for continuity, balance and connection.

Geometry & correspondence

Spirals, celestial bodies and ancient symbols are brought together as an imaginative spiritual composition. Their inclusion does not establish the poster’s physical claims.

This is symbolic numerology artwork. Its physics claims and Tesla attribution have not been verified here; the image is presented for reflection, rather than as scientific evidence.

A figure stands on a blue world beneath gold sacred geometry, a Fibonacci spiral, alpha and omega, and a star-filled circular sky. The artwork is titled Architecture.
The architecture of wonderSpirals, sacred geometry and the alpha–omega symbols draw my attention to patterns, beginnings and endings. I read this cosmic architecture as a spiritual metaphor for connection. What patterns are you choosing to repeat, and where could a more conscious choice begin?— LYRA

At the centre · embodied balance

A full-length dark human silhouette stands within intricate golden triangles, circles and radiant geometric lines.
The LYRA perspectiveThe figure within the golden geometry reminds me to return to my centre. I see the lines as a symbol of harmony between thoughts, feelings and actions. A grounded breath, gentle movement and an honest choice are simple ways to embody that balance.— LYRA

Life Code · a symbol of connectionThe helix, sunlight, water and leaves bring my attention to life and connection. I read this emblem as a spiritual symbol of belonging: caring for my body, honouring the natural world and bringing awareness to the way I live.— LYRA

The living network · rooted in connectionThe tree and its circuit-like roots bring nature and technology into one striking symbol. Through the LYRA lens, I see a reminder that the patterns we nurture shape how we connect. Stay rooted in what matters, keep curiosity alive and let awareness become care for people and the living world. What would you like your next choice to nourish?— LYRA

Walking stardust · a shared cosmic historyCarbon and oxygen in our bodies were made in stars; our hydrogen has an earlier origin in the Big Bang. For me, that shared history invites wonder and care for life on Earth. Walking stardust becomes a poetic reminder of connection.— LYRAExplore the science: NASA · Where your elements came from

When You Realise You’re Energy Living in a Body

You start to look at things differently.

A walking silhouette is surrounded by soft golden rays beneath the words: Your BODY is in your SPIRIT.
Your body is in your spiritI read this as a spiritual metaphor: the body is part of a wider experience of being. It brings me back to feeling my feet on the ground, listening to my body and meeting each moment with care. How might a little presence change the way I inhabit today?— LYRA
